What skill's I should use to disable the enemy caster?
Im thinking like:
Mantra of Recovery *E*
Diversion
Guilt
Shame
etc.

What second profession skill is useful with this kind shutdown build?

I dont wanna lose Mantra of Recovery because with it I can spam diversion like hell

For Shutdown Mesmers, generally you don't need a secondary class with the likes of Diversion and such; I usually only use Mesmer skills. That mini-skill set is fine, though if you want you can drop Guilt for something. It's useful to have an enchantment removal, and I recommend Drain Enchantment.

Distortion, Res Sig, Wastrel's, and drain enchant for the last 4 would work.

Diversion builds should have Blackout, in my opinion. These two skills are probably the most annoying skills for a monk. They can live through just about anything else but Diversion and Blackout annoy them a lot. Migraine is a big annoyer as well.

If you want shutdown, why not take blackout with Diverson? Excellent combination, really... Blackout is also one of my fav spells, so maybe Im a bit Bias :P

Generally there are two caster shut down builds used in HA:

Migraine mesmers and Esurgers.

Migraine:

Migraine
Conjure phantasm (to cover migraine)
Cry of frustration
Power spike
Leach Signet
Power drain
Windborne speed (if Me/E)
Consume corpse (if Me/N)
Res signet

Esurge:

Energy surge
Energy burn
Signet of weariness
Signet of humility
Mind Wrack/Diversion/Blackout
Mantra of Inscriptions
Windborne speed (if Me/E)
Consume corpse (if Me/N)
Res signet.

Damn frickin right! The last time i did PvP on my monk i stuck it out for 4 battles.

1st. E-surge mesmers
2nd. Migraine mesmers + R/N chasing me with Nec skills (for 10 damn minutes!).
3rd. Migraine mesmers + SS/Malaise nec
4th. Blackout/Diversion mesmers

By this point i'd had enough and gave up. Seriously nothing is more f*cking annoying in PvP than a mesmer!!!
